Follow the steps below to request deletion of your GraMachinez account and associated user data.
Step 02
Confirm on your registered mobile
After we review your request, we will send an account deletion confirmation message to your registered mobile number.
Step 03
Respond within 3 days
Reply to the confirmation from your registered mobile number within 3 days. Once we receive your response, we will proceed with deleting your account.
Important confirmation rule
If you do not respond to the account deletion confirmation from your registered mobile number within 3 days, we will not delete the account and the request will become invalid. To request deletion again, send a new email to gramachinez@gmail.com.
